- Contact details — name, phone number, email, and service address, used to schedule and perform cleanings.
- Payment details — processed and stored solely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
- SMS consent records — when you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your consent (number, date, and method of opt-in).
- Service & usage data — booking history, preferences, and basic app/website usage data used to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver cleaning services, process payments, send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts, provide customer support, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers that run our operations — for example Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging and calls), and SendGrid (email) — each under their own contractual and technical safeguards, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
SMS / text messaging privacy
- No sharing of mobile numbers. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any data sharing with third parties.
- Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your bookings and interactions (typically 1–4 messages per appointment); marketing messages, if any, are limited to no more than 4 per month.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP or contact us at support@amacleanco.com or (609) 301-6451 for assistance.

Your rights & choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@amacleanco.com. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of texts by replying STOP.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations, and we protect it in transit and at rest with industry-standard safeguards and access controls.
Children's privacy
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
